A $1000 AUD fee applies for additional cleaning due to smoking. Guest ConductGuests and invitees must behave responsibly. Breach of house rules may result in eviction, with charges borne by the guest. Guests are liable for any damage caused.When a guest registers at reception, or an invitee proceeds beyond that point, they shall be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these conditions. Charges will apply for any unnecessary fire alarms from the QLD Fire and Rescue. Charges will apply for all damage caused by guests while in house.
